CONFLICT MANAGEMENT - ONE DAY

Conflict, at times can have a positive effect on our relationships allowing all involved to identify short falls in one another’s expectations, but left unchecked the dangerous results of conflict can include destroyed creativity, low productivity, reduced motivation and lost commitment from others involved.

 

All attendees will have a real opportunity to identify the variety of conflict situations they could find themselves involved with and further more agree powerful remedies for them. All attendees will have an opportunity to get involved with practical exercises throughout the day to ensure that learning is demonstrated and understood by all.

 

In some cases we may be actively avoiding conflict driven situations and need to be more proactive in getting to the heart of where the difficulty lies. One of the key elements that will drive this change will involve us developing a stronger mental attitude to conflict resulting in lower levels of conflict avoidance and a healthier respect for the challenges that we deal with from others.
