CHANGE - ONE DAY

Such a small word for a subject that embodies everything we do. Change is a constant, so how do we as Managers deal with it within a business context? We can often be responsible for applying change and yet need to cope with change as it happens our selves.

 

This event will take a flexible approach to this subject ensuring we develop approaches and methodologies that have context to actual events and changes that are truly reflective of now.  All attendees will be asked to consider the changes that often take place in our world as Managers and agree strong methods of adjusting to this change.

  • Accept theirs and other’s roles as part of moving through a change cycle

  • Manage emotional impact and dealing with reaction and resistance in both yourself and others
