I design and deliver interactive, engaging and action focussed learning and development events both nationally and internationally. This experience has been gained over the last  20 years for a range of high profile clients in both the private and public sector.

 

Above all, I am passionate about L&D, both my own and that of others, and realise how often small changes in our behaviour can have an incredible effect on our personal and business performance.

I strongly believe that L&D events are only successful when they connect individuals / teams emotionally and create a powerful sense of self awareness, and awareness of others. With this in mind, I encourage high audience interaction, mostly free of PowerPoint, and get people to feel the impact of their renewed communication approaches.

I work with all levels of staff up to and including Company Board Members, delivering bespoke learning experiences within UK, Far East, Australia, and EMEA.
